A tunnel wash moves cars through on a conveyor while brushes, spray arches and dryers work on each car in turn. One operator can keep the line running all day — the fastest way to wash a lot of cars at one site.
Our smallest tunnel line, built for tight sites. Six models cover different site layouts and drying needs: 777M, 777M+G, 777MG, 777M-S, 777M+G-S and 777MG-S. The +G versions add an external drying system.
A compact tunnel for sites that need more than a rollover but cannot fit a full-size line. A proven design for gas stations with steady wash volume.
The workhorse of the range. The 797AH is the model most of our customers choose: a mature design, strong wash quality and a drying system that handles high daily volume.
Our largest tunnel, built for the busiest sites. Two groups of tire brushes clean sills and wheel rims thoroughly, and the full drying package keeps cars leaving dry even at peak hours.
All tunnel models share the same build: hot-dip galvanized structure, electrostatic spray coating, high-pressure swing wash, electronic anti-collision protection and electronic metering pumps. Maximum wash size is 2.00 m wide × 2.00 m high; maximum tire width 355 mm.
The -W versions add a full drying system to the tunnel: 777AG-W and 797AH-W for sites over 14 m, 7117AH-W for sites over 16 m. Efficient drying, less hand-drying labour — cars leave the tunnel dry.
For the highest-volume sites, the tunnel becomes a modular wash line: 30 to 50 metres of wash modules — pre-wash, TITAN cleaning, foam, brushes, wax, drying — washing 80 to 120 cars an hour.
