REINAQUA® is our own water treatment brand. Wash wastewater is settled, treated and filtered through imported AFM® activated filter media — then reused for washing. Treated water meets wash requirements and greatly reduces how much water a wash site uses.
The AFM® activated media filters to 1-micron precision and removes 95% of particles larger than 1 micron. It never clogs and can be reused for 10+ years without replacement — no flocculant needed.
Wash wastewater flows from the sump through a pump into the filter, passes down through the media, and clean water flows out through the collector into the clean-water tank for reuse. Backwash uses high-pressure water and compressed air together to clean the media.
Five capacity modules cover small wash shops to high-volume tunnel lines. Skid-mounted design for easy installation, fully automatic control system, simple to operate.
Inside the filter: the distributor on top spreads the water evenly, the AFM® media in the middle does the filtering, and the collector at the bottom gathers the clean water. Backwash water and dirt return to the sedimentation tank for re-settling.
